Our Universal Line of Colorants has been designed to meet some of the most critical challenges in the industry: Concentration, Performance and Modularity of the tinting system.
Concentration
Our colorants are specifically formulated for use with tinting machines, achieving an optimal concentration that ensures cost-effective coloration. This efficiency is due to the colorant's development within the paint converter during mixing, resulting in uniform color distribution and reduced pigment usage. By formulating colorants with high tinting strength, less pigment is required to achieve the desired shade, leading to cost savings. Additionally, ensuring compatibility between colorants and base paints prevents issues like poor color development and film appearance defects, further enhancing cost efficiency.
Performance on Exterior Paints
Ensuring that exterior paints maintain their color without fading is crucial for preserving product reputation. To support our customers in delivering durable, fade-resistant paints, we have adopted industry-leading color indices and utilize high-quality pigments known for their exceptional lightfastness. This approach ensures that, even when incorporated into highly alkaline products, our colorants contribute to exterior paints that resist fading, thereby upholding the integrity and longevity of the finished coatings.
Modularity
Our tinting systems are designed with flexibility to accommodate varying performance requirements and desired color spectrums. While a foundational palette may consist of 10 or 11 colorants, we recommend expanding this to 13 colorants when utilizing compact hardware setups. For applications demanding enhanced durability, especially in critical exterior color areas, incorporating up to 16 colorants—including specialized pigments—ensures optimal results.
Incorporating specialized pigments, particularly inorganic ones, enhances the fade resistance and opacity of exterior applications. These pigments are known for their excellent lightfastness and stability, making them ideal for outdoor use.
By tailoring the number and type of colorants to specific application needs, we ensure that our tinting systems deliver both the desired aesthetic appeal and long-term performance.
Compatibility
Our Universal line of colorants is designed for broad compatibility across various paint systems. To ensure optimal performance with your specific formulations, we recommend conducting preliminary evaluations by requesting a sample and testing it within your base paints. This approach aligns with industry practices, where compatibility testing—such as rub-out tests—is essential to assess color development and stability.

Water based multipurpose colorants
D-Line Water Based colorants
D-LINE Water-Based Pigment Pastes are highly concentrated, binder-free, and solvent-free colorants designed for various industrial applications. They are VOC-free and APEO-free, ensuring environmental compliance and safety.
These pastes exhibit excellent light and air fastness and maintain color integrity over time. Their fluid and pumpable nature prevents drying in closed packages, facilitating ease of use.

Solvent based Tinting system
U-BLEND® SB - SOLVENT BASED
U-BLEND® SB colorants are advanced, environmentally friendly solutions for solvent-based coating applications. They are free from chrome and lead and have an aromatic content below 1000 ppm, aligning with stringent environmental standards. These colorants contain MPA and have a low VOC content of less than 500 g/l, making them suitable for applications requiring reduced volatile organic compounds.
